I don't recommend this hotel because of the staff's lack of communication and transparency and falsely advertising services that they do not provide. Firstly, considering the parking issue in Thessaloniki, I have especially searched on Booking for a hotel that provides parking through the filter option (just like other services, such as breakfast). This hotel was displayed in the results as they have selected this service as you can see in the attached picture. But that is not entirely true, as they just advertise "parking" but actually say that "Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs € 20 per day.", so you may accept that also. This "public parking" is actually a privately owned garage type parking where you leave your car with your eventual belongings in it (and we had luggage as any family in vacation and in transit in Thessaloniki) and also your car keys to an employee who will keep them, with no personal acces to it during parking time. Searching for info about this garage recommended by the hotel one can find out that there were people who left their cars there have and received them back with lots of problems, such as scratches, dented parts, broken keys or even looted by the employees who opened the cars and searched through them! Contacting the hotel about these issues was pointless, the hotel does not do anything about this, they don't have any advice, they will also claim that they "do not have parking" and also will not take any responsibility for your damaged car or missing goods because it's not their parking as you willingly chose a 3rd party service provider.
Secondly, another uncommon practice is the fact that although the hotel's payment policy states that"You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.", they actually charged full payment two days before the check-in. As far as I know, most hotels usually take the full sum at the check-out or sometime between the check-in and check-out interval, not several days before. However, considering all of these I have chosen not to stay there anymore, although they were fast enough to charge me before...

Unfortunately, our stay left much to be desired.
Room Comfort: The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning system was poorly designed. You can only adjust the temperature—not the fan speed—and the unit is positioned right next to the bed, blowing cold air directly at you. It made it impossible to sleep comfortably unless it was turned off, which meant dealing with an uncomfortably warm room.
Noise Issues: The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent. We were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night by slamming doors and noise from other rooms on the same floor.
Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no kettle provided in the room, which was an inconvenience.
Elevator Frustrations: The main elevator is extremely slow and only fits two people. There is a larger one, but oddly, it’s only accessible from an upper floor—not the reception level—making it impractical, especially with luggage.
Breakfast Disappointment: Breakfast was the biggest letdown. The selection was limited, and service was poorly managed. On the first morning, I had to wait over 10 minutes for scrambled eggs. On the second morning, we arrived at 10:00 AM (with breakfast officially running until 10:30 AM), only to find that pancakes were already gone. When we asked about them at 10:15, we were told: “Sorry, service is over.” If certain items are discontinued before breakfast officially ends, this should be clearly communicated. Very frustrating and poorly handled.
Parking: There is no on-site parking. Guests must use a nearby paid facility at a steep rate of €25 per night.
Positives: The hotel room was very clean (10/10 for cleanliness), and the location is conveniently close to the city center. The receptionist is a nice person.

Read moreIt’s a new hotel or may be refurbishing not longer than 2 years. Located to one of the crossroads at Egnatia one of the main streets of Thessaloniki. Much traffic and busy shopping street. That makes this hotel positioning in a quite helpful place for travelers who likes shopping. On the other side by walk in 15-20 minutes you can reach the center of Thessaloniki particularly Aristotelous square. Facilities are well furnished and staff is helpful. Some corridors are narrow and common spaces, lounge isn’t that many. On the other side less functional. ||Room is modern, but main door much near to the bed. Cleaning service is one of the strong points. Breakfast is plenty with much varieties of choice, but quantity for the standard the hotel is trying to expose doesn’t fills the expectations. ||Most critical point is parking. Carefully, you need to make a very detailed plan where you will park the car. Is not easy get a parking place near by the hotel. Just 10 minutes before the gate is the opportunity parking with flash light on. Hotel can’t give you any other opportunity. A parking underground is valuable three streets behind the hotel on sea direction. In my opinion hotel can’t be frequented for more than 3 days stay and mostly for work travels. I recommend this hotel for purposes mention and personally will...
