I recently had the pleasure of dining at Koutales Greek Mediterranean Food, located just outside Athens, and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was cozy and authentically Mediterranean, making it the perfect spot to enjoy traditional Greek cuisine.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the fish dish from their specialties menu. It was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean. Disappointing dinner here unfortunately. Service probably the worst part. The restaurant looks very nice and we went in thinking it would be a nice choice. Regretted it before food even came. It was two adults and our toddler, asked a high chair, mentioned she would also eat and still, the table was set for two and we had to get another plate and cutlery ourselves for our little one. Food was average at best. We were looking forward to Greek food and nothing we ordered (which we usually really enjoy in Greece) was wow. Asked for spaghetti for our child and were given a mountain of reheated, tasteless spaghetti that turned cold a minute after they arrived. (5 euros for those) Would definitely not...

The food was tasty although the portions could have been bigger.

The service although it was polite, it was very slow and unacceptable.

We waited 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order although we had asked twice for someone.

Our order took more than an hour to arrive.

We asked to be transferred to another table because the one we were sitting was at the door which was open and there was a cold breeze. They refused saying that everything was reserved.

Five minutes later a couple arrived and asked where they could sit (no reservation) and they placed them at one of the available tables.
