Ordered 2 chicken burgers with chips. One was burnt to a hard crisp with black edges while the other was fine. Extremely disappointed as our friend lives locally and mentioned visiting. After one bite I couldn't eat it. Surprised and shocked that the chef thought that was okay given paying 15euro. Expensive even for the one that was not burnt. I didnt feel it was worth complaining there and then because if they thought that was acceptable to put out in first place, its not worth wasting time talking to them to try fix. Came back today but were told by the manager on duty that the shady trees are no longer available for some reason, instead we must pick a sun bed at the shore, effectively offering us an inferior product at a higher price (15 €). Instead, we put our back on Pedro's and decided to not spend any money there at all. Went on to the next bay where the sun beds are free as long as you buy something from the bar.

Read moreWe have been regular customers for many years but were appalled this year to see that all the prices had gone up 2€ per item on average. Ridiculous prices to pay and not worth it. What's more, we went end of August, and all the tables had "reserved" signs on them, when it was already noon and not a customer in sight! They obviously think that by doing all this and making minor changes as compared to previous years, they can "create" a "posh" atmosphere to justify the price increase.
