During our recent trip to Skiathos, my partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Kohyli Restaurant not once, but three times in a single week. This should speak volumes about the exceptional experience we had each time.
The food at Kohyli is nothing short of authentic. Each dish bursts with the rich, vibrant flavours of traditional Greek cuisine, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring thereās something for everyone to enjoy. One standout dish we kept coming back for was the Kohyli Salad ā a perfect blend of fresh vegetables, flavourful cheeses, and a dressing that ties it all together beautifully.
What sets Kohyli apart is the personal touch in their service. The waiters are attentive, friendly, and make you feel like a valued guest every time you walk through the door. Their recommendations were always spot-on, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.
The ambiance at Kohyli is fantastic, offering a cosy yet elegant setting that makes you feel at home. Whether youāre enjoying a romantic dinner for two or a lively meal with family and friends, the atmosphere enhances the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Kohyli Restaurant in Skiathos is a must-visit. From the authentic food to the personal service and fantastic ambiance, it ticks all the boxes for a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend trying the Kohyli Salad ā you wonāt be disappointed. We look forward to...

This sort of hip tavern was possibly the low point of the day after a gret time at the beach!
The portions of the Greek salad as well as of the meatballs( 4, they usually serve 6) was disappointing. The greek salad usually has feta on it, on this they had the cheap stuff (white
We waited for about 40 minutes ( tavern has half empty) we got served the main dishes first, then the salads!š§š§The tzatziki was more like yogurt with some cucumber leftovers in it!
But the real lowest point was the waiter, who seemed he couldnt be bothered at all! He looked like he has forced to move around, at the slowest pace as well! Never smile, never said thank you! He never brought us some bread and when we asked for some it was at least 2 days old!
Bitter ending for a great day at the beach!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe saw mixed reviews on this place, but the restaurant where we had intended to eat was packed so we came here. It is a nice looking place, but unfortunately that is the best part. Service was fair, but with the exception of our appetizer (fried aubergine), the food was mediocre at best. The seafood in the marinara was rubbery, smelled and tasted old, even burned. The Caprese salad was a mystery. How do you mess up something as simple as cheese, tomato, lettuce and basil? Everything tasted fresh, but the whole salad was lost in a watery dressing including the basil that was actually dabs of pesto that fell into the tomato juice/water and became tasteless. All said the meal was very disappointing including the house white wine. To be fair, other dishes may be good and we just ordered the wrong things, but based on our entire experience I would not recommend...
