Bad clients management, we went in the morning, first two lines of sunbeds were "reserved", no explanation for who and why. In the end we managed to get two sunbeds right next to the sea, thanks to the morning employee who managed the opening. After two hours we wanted to go have the breakfast at the hotel, then they had a big problem with this : they also serve breakfast (!!!), we can't leave the towels, they didn't want the full pay of 20 euro paid in advance, we payed just what we had in the morning with the thought to come back. We arrived back, our sunbeds were taken (of course!), went for other two sunbeds "reserved", quickly we were told not to sit there because they were "reserved", then we wanted to go at least right next to the sunbeds we had in the morning, not ok, they are also "reserved", and "sorry, but the ones you had in the morning are occupied". Shame for the traditional greek hospitality, shame for their relaxed way to solve the problems they forgot, shame for the way they treat clients that just wanted to enjoy a day at their beach. Thank you for making us never visit your corner of the...
Read moreGreat place. Music is not too loud, and choice of music is mainly bossa and popular music covers, and current hits. Perfect for this type of place. Food is amazing. Everything we tried was made perfectly (burgers, sandwiches, pizza, deserts…). Service is quick, there are always bus boys that keep your table clean, and there is no big waiting time for food and drinks. Beach itself is clean, sandy with medium entry. Water is clean as everywhere, but since the beach is long, it’s not overcrowded, so it’s clear entire day. Don’t think i’m advertising this place, but we tried other beaches in area (marble, la scalla, macriamos…), and there were always some things that bothered us. Anyway, place that will always be our no. 1...
Read moreGreat, tasty food (truly big portions, confirmed), nice view of the beach, good for watching the sunset. Nice, chill music. If you’re vegetarian, make sure to try the veggie balls made of zuchini and tomatoes (this is the only place in Thassos where I’ve seen that dish), and the “four type of home-made spreads” that includes split pea cream, tzatziki, spicy feta spread and eggplant cream, too! If you’re a cheese lover, the saganaki is definitely for you (baked cheese with sweet tomato jam). For 2 persons, these three were more than enough, we were absolutely full when we finished...
