AMMOS — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

The restaurant really deserves the high google maps rating. Many people told us we have to go there but we were skeptical first because it looked empty every time we pasted by.

After we tried it out I can highly recommend. And every thing we eat was delicious. It was probably empty because of the end of the season and because the location is far away from the center.

We came to the nearby Aqua Beach based on everyone’s recommendations, but seeing people packed like sardines, sitting shoulder to shoulder, we ended up here by chance. a quiet and peaceful spot. We have just returned from 2 weeks in Thassos with many, many visits to the Ammos beach bar. Staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful great advice on food/drinks which were always fantastic quality and great prices. This is a great place to visit and we would recommend it to everyone.
