I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The hotel offers a nice view, especially during sunset - truly breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained and fresh. One of the highlights of my stay was the Noya Restaurant. The cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, all beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the seafood and the traditional Greek flavors. It's definitely a place worth trying more than once. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also fantastic. A big shoutout to Cook Drew , who was not only a great cook but also incredibly friendly and polite. He made sure everything was perfect and even recommended some must-try options, which turned out to be amazing. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay - from the relaxing atmosphere to the tasty food and the warm hospitality. What a letdown this was compared to the number of stars the restaurant has on the site... the burger was supposed to represent 'beef', but it was more close to vegan meat in my opinion. Asked the service if it is vegan, but it is not.... weird? She did have to walk to the kitchen and look on the menu card of what my dish was actually made of. She came back and told me that maybe 'green' things were put in during the making of the burger... very strange, because on the menu card it was presented as a dead normal cheeseburger'. My partner had gotten pork with pita but, because they had put the meat on the pita, the pita was no longer edible because of all the grease that came off... after all this, as a customer you expect that a compensation is approaching, but the price remained exactly the same and a compensation was not offered. This place seems to be mostly driven by hype. The view is fine, but there are clearly better options both in town and across the island. Zakynthos offers plenty of restaurants with higher food quality and more impressive views.

We ordered bruschetta as a starter, but were served something that resembled shakshuka — a mix of egg and tomato sauce — which had little to do with what bruschetta is supposed to be. No explanation was given by the staff.

NOYA presents itself as an upscale restaurant, but considering the prices and the overall quality, it is relatively expensive by Zakynthos standards. The higher pricing is not justified by what is delivered.

The service staff was friendly, but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall experience.

If you’re looking for a great view, Mythos cocktail bar in Keri is a far better alternative, offering a stunning panorama and excellent food.
