To kati allo — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

I went here to find a place to relax a bit and get away from the noise of the city. Bad choice as the incessant road noise makes it feel like the traffic is driving through your head.

Fine they might not be able to do much about this, but what they can control is their use of plastic. I asked for a cold coffee to be had on premise and specifically stated no straw. Before I could stop them they have it to me in a plastic takeaway cup with a lid and straw. This has to stop, there is no reason to have this as the default, the default should be a regular cup or glass...

Λυπηθηκανε τον καφέ ,αντί για διπλό που έγραφε το μενού έφεραν μόνο και το γεμισαν φουλ σαντιγί για να μην φαίνεται , και το ποτήρι από πάνω όλο σκονισμένο κάτσε εσύ πιες καφέ μετά !!!! Το σέρβις πιάνει άλλη συζήτηση, αργούν συνέχεια και για έναν καφέ περιμένεις 1 ώρα ενώ είναι 3 λεπτά απόσταση.Αλλα ας λέμε και την αλήθεια εκτός από τα πληθώρα αρνητικά υπάρχουν και κάποια θετικά ,όπως για παράδειγμα οι τιμές που είναι προσιτές, η ποιότητα και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού αλλά η κυρία που απαντάει στα τηλέφωνα είναι σχεδόν πάντα...

Asked for a small sandwich and got a big sandwich for the same price. Awesome service from the lady behind...
