When making the manager aware she had the audacity to argue with us and consulted the chef to ask if the order was late. They even commended themselves for not charging for the wine that never arrived! Really!? I must assure you that this was our ONLY bad experience of our holiday! Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and our table seemed forgotten about. When I spoke with the manager about my concerns, I was left feeling disbelieved and somewhat dismissed.
