Facundo Steak House — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Food was delicious! We tried the steak tartar, which was seasoned, prepared, and finally smoked in front of us. I would recommend they add avocado to it. We also tried the agua Chile, which was made of shrimp, avocado, and a spicy salsa. We tried their steak and chicken, and all the food was served hot and fresh. The restaurant is very well located, when I went there it was not soul in the restaurant, I ordered entrana and fries, when my meal was served the fries were undercooked and the steak was dry and not hot at all it was warmed did not have the taste of an expensive meal, I ordered Cabernet Sauvignon wine it was chilled from an open bottle and tasted like vinegar, the whole dinning experience was not good , the service was good but...

when i got there I was the only person at the restaurant, no ther customers. You'd expect for them to take good care of just 1 customer but no.
