Had a good time! Not only was the food great, but the service was just there perfectly for the customer. The owner himself would check on us time to time to make sure we were happy with everything. At the time we we’re eating, there was a group of immature grown ups who were not only loud(very noisy), but also tried to leave without paying. They were causing lots of headaches to all the workers there. They’ll probably be the ones trying to write bad reviews on the restaurant, so watch out for those nonsense comments you might find. After all, you’ll see that most of the reviewers will have rated the restaurant with 5 stars. Also, the young lady(perhaps a family member of the owner?) was super kind to us actually walking with us to show us where the convenience store was, when she could have just told us the location. As far as the food, just what I hoped and expected. Had a blast digging into the unlimited steak with a reasonable price. Full and happy :) We appreciate your...
Read moreThis place was across the street from my hotel, and I frequented this place several times during my 1 week stay. The food here is amazing, the vibe is awesome, and best of all, there's someone who works here named Julio who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied every single time I visited. I don't speak Spanish, but Julio speaks perfect English, and we hit it off. Julio was the absolute best and a pleasure to deal with. I really hope management will see this review and takes care of Julio, because this place would not be the same without him. It was because of his service and hospitality I kept coming back almost every single day. I've had steaks, gyro's and pasta dishes all week, everything was cooked perfectly and was packaged to go meticulously to make sure nothing leaked while I walked across the street to my hotel. The cocktails were also amazing!!! Highly recommend this place, and if you speak limited Spanish or no Spanish like me, fear not because...
Read moreGreat ambiance and service and it was a nice change from all the south American food we ate the previous 10 days! However the food was pretty underwhelming. It was twice as expensive as anywhere else we went (About $15 USD per entree - A LOT for Guatemala). Not a big deal, but if the price is twice as high I expect the food to be twice as good. It was not. I got a gyro which was okay if not very basic (meat, sauce, and pita wrap only), with meat that was lukewarm and felt like it'd been held for awhile. portion was pretty small too. Fries were good (had oregano and seasonings on them). My girlfriend got risotto with chicken and the rice was somewhat dry and sticky and so was the chicken. Food wasn't bad but didn't taste fresh. everything else was fine. Still, avoid this...
