During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the accommodations was noteworthy, and the room exceeded expectations in terms of size, featuring a generous workspace equipped with a proper desk. The inclusion of a coffee machine in the room added a thoughtful touch, and the quality of the coffee provided was particularly enjoyable.

One of the highlights for me was the convenient location, situated approximately 15 minutes by car from the airport and within a mere 5-minute walking distance from the iconic Obelisco. This strategic positioning made commuting hassle-free and allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions.

The hotel's commitment to providing a conducive environment for work was evident in the well-designed chair and desk setup in the room. It's always a relief to find a comfortable and functional workspace while traveling.

The culinary offerings at the hotel further contributed to the positive experience. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences. Additionally, the on-site restaurant proved to be a satisfying choice for dinners, showcasing a menu that pleased both the palate and the overall dining experience.

Given the pleasant stay, including the amenities, location, and dining options, I am inclined to return for future visits. This hotel managed to strike a balance between comfort, convenience, and culinary satisfaction, making it a standout choice...

EDIT:: Originally I gave this hotel a good review. However, Sylvia happened to not do what she guaranteed me would be done.

So let me start with the issues. When we checked in the man downgraded our hotel room. The hotel room was dirty and the hotel was sold out both nights we were there. The staff does not speak fluent English. Here's an example: I asked for a fork and the man got on the computer!!!

The next day we asked to speak with someone of fluent English. Sylvia then gave us the room that we originally paid for and said our money/points for the 1st night would be refunded... SHE LIED. 20 DAYS LATER STILL NOT RETURNED. AND HOTEL SAYS THEY DON'T REMEMBER IF THEY SAID THAT!!

The next morning we ask for the room that we had originally paid for and they gave us the room that we paid for we just went up one floor same exact room. Upon leaving the hotel to go to the airport Sylvia told my mother and I that it would be refunded and we should see it back in a few days. HOWEVER SYLVIA LIED!

We've now had to call about the issue. When corporate called about the issue the person who answered the phone could not speak fluent English.

Only stay at this hotel if you book the cheapest room and you speak fluent Spanish.

They also told us that we didn't have free breakfast the next morning when we did & then we had to prove it on a reservation.

The Hilton Garden in Guatemala City exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the stunning lobby to the time I entered my room, everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting, almost as if it were a newly opened hotel. The check-in process was seamless, especially since I had booked my stay through the Hilton app.

I arrived around 1:30 PM, coming from Antigua, and appreciated the early check-in option. Though I only stayed one night due to my 9 AM flight back to the U.S., I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, and the complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom, in particular, stood out with its upgraded, modern features, elevating the entire room’s ambiance.

Safety was clearly a priority, with a guard stationed outside, which made me feel secure throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

I added breakfast to my stay, and it was worth every penny. The variety of options, from fresh juices to hearty dishes, was impressive and of excellent quality.
