Fridas Restaurant — Restaurant in Guatemala City

We decided to try Fridas Sunday Brunch and it was delicious. The chilaquiles and Benedict Eggs are so good and fulfilling. The place is also very beautiful with their tradicional Mexican+Pop style that gives a fun vibe, complemented with good music. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars was because the service was soooo slow. Beautiful restaurant, atmosphere is incredibly enjoyable for a romantic dinner. The only dish that was delicious was the Tacos Gobernador 100% recommended. The birria tacos, the puchinitas, and the puyaso were underwhelming as were the nacho mixtos and cheese with chorizo cazuela. Tacos were delicious and drinks were great, especially the frozen fresa Marg. I 100% trust their tacos Al pastor (something you can't say about all restaurants). But their Birria tacos are probably their gem. I also had the Esquites for an appetizer A+, very home style and awesome. We've been to Frida's in Antigua but not the one in Guatemala city.
