We rarely eat Italian food abroad, but after almost three weeks in Guatemala, we were seriously craving some homeland cuisine. We chose +39 and were absolutely delighted by a truly delicious pizza and the most efficient service.
The outstanding quality of the dough, the fresh ingredients, and the way the pizza was baked made it one of the best Neapolitan-style pizzas we’ve ever had — even compared to many we’ve tried back home! The dough was flavorful and light, and although they don’t have vegan options on the menu, the staff was incredibly kind and arranged a special pizza for me.
I had a base seasoned with a delicious fresh pesto, finely sliced eggplant, zucchini, and mushrooms. No tomato sauce and no cheese — and it was insanely tasty! I absolutely loved it.

Diciamo che non ti colpisce ne la location ne l'ingresso. C'era poca gente a cena, mi hanno confermato che è a pranzo che si riempie con impiegati e frequentatori del centro commerciale. Ho ordinato la pizza, ne avevo voglia e vista la poca affluenza ho voluto rimandare l'esperienza della pasta, anche se il menù riportava delle belle opportunità. Il forno è a legna e a vista degli ospiti. Il pizzaiolo prepara la pizza sul momento e porta avanti e indietro gli ingredienti, magari per i pochi clienti è la prassi. Pizza buona, buna la salsa, la mozzarella era fresca ed è stata spezzata con le mani direttamente sulla pizza. La cottura accurata e il bordo alto, croccante fuori e scioglievole dentro.
