Bar Sublime — Restaurant in Sololá

I unfortunately had the worst experience at sublime, to paint a picture it was a travel day so I had been up since 7:30 am and hadn’t eaten a thing yet and now it’s 2pm (I was starving). I went for lunch here and service was terrible I waited for my food for over 2 hours (thank god I nothing else going on today)… the first hour was waiting on food that apparently they were out of but the server just didn’t let me know until I went to go ask how much longer the wait was?? My friends were already done their meals before I even got to reorder… just for the food to be cold and gross AN HOUR LATER when it finally showed up (I had to go up and check when it was coming again). Luckily the server was empathetic (as I was visibly upset) and didn’t charge me for anything and I ended up leaving and going somewhere else which was much much better. I went to this place to eat dinner. It took 40 mins to get my food. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, garlic shrimp and fried fish. When my food came out the shrimp was the only entree that was hot. The fish was burnt and the pizza was cold and they put red peppers on the pizza. The server took the pizza and came back to my table in 10 minutes with the same pizza. They did not make a fresh pizza. I asked for the manager. He came over to the table and said that he would give me some drinks to make up for the bad service. I said ok and asked for 2 cokes. He sais he would take the pizza off of the bill and the fish but he would also remake the fish for free and I could also take the pizza home if I wanted. I agreed. After 40 more minutes I still didn't receive my sodas or the fish or a container for the pizza. I spent nearly 2 hours in this place for bad food and terrible service. I would not...
