Loles San Pedro — Restaurant in Sololá

Awful. I trusted reviews and we went for breakfast. Should have followed my gut when walking in, flies everywhere, a weird amount of flies. Ordered veggie omlette with hash browns. Coffee tasted of nothing. There were 4 other people in the place when we ordered, 2 of which were already eating, yet our food took at least 30 minutes to arrive. When it did, my partner's omlette was cold (like they just cooked one at a time and the first one sat there while second 'cooked' - I heard microwave bells). The veg inside was watery and undercooked. The tortillas were undercooked by a long way and tasted of over perfumed like they did t wash the dish cleaner off the pan before frying, and the extra side of hash browns we're inedible due to the amount of oil. Disgusting food for a price on par with actual nice places on the same street that serve real food. After one bite each of the omlete, hash browns and tortillas we couldn't eat any of it, so we paid for the coffees and left. I can't remember the last time we refused to pay for a meal, if ever, in all our travels. Don't waste your time...

I've had breakfast here 3 times during my time in San Pedro and my food has been great every time. The staff is friendly and prompt. Perhaps my favorite part is that coffee is only 5Q and comes...
