FRAUD IN BILL. MULTIPLE TIMES

My recent visit to the restaurant was marred by a bad incident. The real issue arose when we received the bill. Upon reviewing it, we discovered that items had been added to our order that we never requested. Prices weren’t right too. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, he begrudgingly made some corrections. However, to our dismay, upon receiving the revised bill, we noticed he had attempted to overcharge us once again. When we pointed it out he did a fake typing in a calculator to justify. After repeating that his math was wrong he finally gave us the right change back

It's disheartening to experience such blatant dishonesty. It seems he’s more concerned with padding their profits than providing honest service to their customers. It’s a shame since food is decent.

We had the Asado plate and the grilled chicken,beef, and veggies were delicious. A variety of tasty salsas were also provided. The garden and view were quaint. This was my favorite meal here in Guatemala!
