Please ignore the other 5 star reviews as the service is absolutely shocking at this place . Save yourself the trip and NOT come here . I was reading reviews and decided to visit . The girl at the counter was busy texting on the phone and had the most unfriendly attitude . I basically grabbed the menu and was told to come back to order then she continued to text on her phone . I felt like I was working for the cafe not the customer. There was no customers at the coffee when I walked in . She made me feel like I am such a bother to disturb her free time . There were 3 other people came after me to order and to my surprise 2 people got their coffee first despite ordering after me, I am not sure if I got treated this way because I am a tourist or of a difference race when I ordered . I felt discriminated . Coffee was lukewarm , the latte art is good but weak , I ordered the waffle and it took almost 25 mins for them to bring the order out and the fruits are slightly bruised . Slow and very unwelcoming service . Then another girl behind the counter just casually pulled up a chair and sit at the table outside where the customers are sitting puffing cigarette as if her shift has finished . I never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and horrid service like this . I wish I could have read the 1 star reviews and not wasting my time. To my surprise the girl who made coffee continued to display her cold, unfriendly attitude to other guests so I am sure you get the picture of what you will get when you come here . We waited almost 2 hours for sandwiches and hard waffles that we could have easily made ourselves in 10 minutes. The waiter had to go outside and get food in plastic bags every 15 minutes and when the food was finally there one of our friends had to wait until we were finished until her cold waffle arrived. The prices were fine but the food did not outweigh our waiting time. And although they have glutenfree options they are not safe for celiac’s because they use one toaster and one sandwich maker...

We’ve been here before and that time it was a good experience but this morning we arrived 4 mins after opening, there was a chair at the door so I stopped there said hi and asked if they are open but the girls didn’t even say hi.
