R56 / Revolutio 56 Pub — Local services in Budapest

Nice place themed about the 56 revolution. I felt not very safe inside because we are dutch and there’s some tension between the EU and Hungary triggered by a dutch politician. The people inide the place were not hiding the fact they hated her and people keeped looking at us.

This is probably a fine place if you are a Hungarian nationalist, not if you are a dutch tourist until this EU situation...

Great wee local just along from the Novotel Danube. Don't expect anything exciting it's a local pub with locals who are all very friendly and helpful. The staff are great and were very patient with us as we don't speak Hungarian and they spoke very little...
