Food is great and very good value for money. But I felt disrespected being there. When I stepped in, the waitress passed me without asking if I want a table even though I said "hi". When I asked the billed she looked at me with disdain. The service charge was 678florint and I rounded it up to 1000 and she did not even say thank you, dropped my receipt and left. I want to know why??? But I left with some appreciation as the waiter on the contrary was helpful and made suggestion and smiled naturally. Lady, I will presume you were having a bad day but don't show your customer that he/she is not welcomed in your establishment for whatsoever reason you have in your mind. My boyfriend and I stumbled in here just intending to use the bathroom and were caught off guard by the beautiful cozy atmosphere and delightful staff and couldn’t help but stay for a drink. Our experience was made so memorable and fun by Suzanne who was absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home. My boyfriend loved one of their beer glasses and she gifted it to him just to be kind.
