The worker‘s in the Arena plaza is extremely disappointed me. They are rude, extremely disrespectful and discrimination to foreign customers. There is no privilege for the international company have such rude workers in the workplace and speaking there own language to judge their customers? And how can them treat customers in different ways? Just because they are local? They are kings or queens? I don’t understand how you company give the training like that? I need...

Very very slow workers, some of them constantly sit in the back while a huge queue just stands in front of the counter for 10-15 minutes as a time. App order and payments work fine, but they simply don’t operate like a fast...

A mai nap voltunk, ott fogyasztásra rendeltünk, de aztán elvitelre kértük az ételt és egy egész más szendvicset kaptunk. Sokan voltak, az ok. De könyörgöm miért fizet ki az ember ezreket, ha annyiba se veszik, hogy leellenőrizzék? Nekem kène? Kb 10-en pörögtek hiába ezek szerint...Persze hívni nem lehet őket soha, semmilyen üzletet, csak az automata vinnyogja, hogy jelenleg nem kapcsolható, hiába próbáltuk vagy százszor. Át vagyunk vágva, mert egy sokkal drágább szendvicset vettünk(volna), ehelyett kaptunk valami cart. Komolyan azt sem tudom mi ez... Mérhetetlenül fel vagyok háborodva! Soha, de soha nem megyünk...
