Although food and drinks have a good quality, you should always plan in a lot of time to be served. It happened to me about the 10th-20th time today, that I was served way after a lot of other costumers. The cashier system is awful, and even if you are the next in line, the servers may move to another cashier and take guests that arrived long after you. They really need to start giving out numbers to costumers, like for example Nándori Cukrászda. The service is nice, but they obviously can't oversee who arrived when and need help.
