Pizza Hut Budapest Ferenc — Restaurant in Budapest

Horrible pizza from here. Multiple times I’ve ordered from this location and nine out of ten times the pizza is completely burned to a crisp to the point that it literally crunches in your mouth like potato chips and snaps like rice cakes if you bend it. Dare I even mention the rate at which they also get the order flat out wrong on so many occasions and will argue what they sent you was a better deal because it was more expensive than what you ordered.

There were times where I’ve ordered stuffed crust and they sent regular crust but larger pizza which makes me feel I got someone else’s order, or I order a medium pizza and they send a smaller pan pizza. When they do mess up they do everything they can to not compensate and make it right.

As far as the quality - I don’t know what kind of special someone it takes to send a pizza out the door that looks like some of the ones they’ve sent me, totally burned to a crisp. And at this point I can’t help but think they do it on purpose. It’s extremely evident the pizza has been run through their oven two or more times in order to get like this!

If you’re thinking of ordering from here, save yourself some money. Just get some potato chips, tomato sauce and cheese - throw them all in a bowl in the microwave for forty minutes and you’ll basically end up with the same garbage they’ll send you and it’ll be a fraction of the price.

TL;DR: It is NOT THE SAME PIZZA HUT QUALITY what it was 10-20 years ago! Only prices and logo are the same.

Well it is hard to decide where to begin.. first of all, seeing the bored, unmotivated and unexperienced employees while waiting in an unpleasant smell (burning machine oil??) while my order is made is unnerving to say the least. After waiting some ten minutes, I received the box with the product inside. I’m unsure why (I usually do not check packaged food on the spot – from now on, I always will!!!) I opened the box and found that half of my pizza was empty – toppings missing, the dough raised up like a hill and was burnt badly. One employee immediately commented: “Half of the topping is missing..” - well, it was.

After I complained (they did not offer to replace it firsthand), they prepared another, in 15 minutes, again waiting in that smell. The new pizza was again burnt, the onion cubes became small black rock hard pieces, the mushrooms perished and the cheese suffered third-degree burns. The whole thing was a dry, over salted tasteless crisp, nowhere resembling the quality offered by the same company some 10-20+ years ago.

Hi, Me and my wife went to pizzahut ference krt on 16th march between 8-8.30. I asked for the offer which was displayed. Actually I didn’t understand and ordered box pizza. Unfortunately the bill was accidental torn when the gentleman who was in the cashier tried to pull the bill from the printer. I didn’t got the bill. He told me pizza will be ready in 10mins. After few mins he called me and told my pizza is ready. I went and collect it. It was 2 boxes. I thought it was the offer I asked for. So we had the food inside the restaurant.

While we eating the food, one lady came in between and shouted in front of everyone and told us why didn’t you inform us if the delivered pizza is not yours. We were embarrassed and return the 1 box of pizza we didn’t had and said sorry. I also told her I will pay for the box of other customer. Then she said no it is only the matter few forints, it is pizzahuts mistake.

I didn’t had a situation like this before. I am embarrassed in front of everyone who were inside the restaurant. This incident made me...
