The food was okay, decent portions, quite tasty, though the rice wasn't the best quality. I ate a Korean fried chicken. The customer service is lacking though. First, they forgot about our order, either at the counter or at the kitchen, as we had to wait for half an hour, and several other people who arrived after us were served. Then I asked if the leftover food could be wrapped, they said I have to pay for a box. It was only 100HUF but I asked if it could be free as we had to wait for a long time as they forgot our order. This was not possible, I still had to pay for a box. Then I had to go to the kitchen to ask them for a box. One lady was cooking, the other lady and the guy were playing on their phone. Anyway, the lady who was cooking spoke a little bit of English so I told her I would need a box. Instead, they just wrapped the leftovers in the same box it was served, with clingfilm. I mean, I asked for this in the first place but I was still charged for a new box. It's a very tiny amount of money, but then at least give the box I'm paying for. The toilet is disgusting though. It's in the basement, the place smells musty already as you are going down the stairs, and in the ladies' toilet there is mold on the ceiling and part of the paint is falling down. There is also a sign not to flush the toilet paper but put it in the waste pin as it can cause blockage. I mean, as fancy it looks upstairs they could spend some money also on renovating the basement. As I said, the food was okay for the price but I will not be...

I've been going here for years now, and the service and food has gone downhill drastically. The food a couple years ago was just amazing and well seasoned. Presentation was also fabulous, and the staff were friendly. Today i ordered the Rose Tteokbokki and a Jasmine Tea with 50% sugar. The tea came out incredibly bitter, as if there's no sugar in it. The Rose Tteokbokki was just awful. The texture of the rice cakes seemed like it was cooked for 3 days straight, then soaked in fish broth for another 3 days. The entire dish was just fishy, even though there was 3 singular slices of fish cake in the bowl. The sausages somehow also tasted like fish, with added salt. Found a random piece of lettuce stalk in the bowl as well. No cheese in sight, maybe it was mixed in the sauce? The only thing that was right about the dish is the boiled egg(but just half was served?) and the spice level. Seems like the dish was just sitting in a pot for a week so the fish cake can season everything. The staff seemed like they're being forced to be there, and just sit behind the counter chatting or on their phones, despite tables being covered in trash. One staff member even walked out the restaurant on her phone, and the other staff member had to look for her outside. When she finally comes back, she squats down behind the counter and continues on her phone. I know people have their moments, but this was a bit too much.
The place went from 5 stars to 2. Would be a 1 but the place is still as pretty as...
Read moreTLDR: Amazing atmosphere! Very aesthetic decor, reasonable price, great customer service (the servers were friendly and can speak English well), free wifi, and there were menus for savory Asian foods too.
Basically, it's a great place to chill at! 👍✨️]
Went here yesterday!
I've been visiting bubble tea shops lately (I like calling them "boba" better, but it's more widely known as bubble tea... so yea 🧋).
It was a solo-visit type of thing, but I didn't feel awkward at all! Rather, there were at least a couple of people coming to this shop alone! So if you don't have anyone to bring with you, no worries! haha 🫶
As for the menu, there was your typical brown sugar bubble milk tea and varieties of said type. There are also some sweets/desserts you can buy in-store. I'd have to say that, unfortunately, there's only dairy-based bubble tea, I was hoping for a refreshing bubble tea with popping boba/bubble but they didn't have it. Then again, I didn't bother checking the menu before I came here, so my bad on that part. I only searched y'know... "Bubble Tea Shop near me" and this was one of the top results.
This place did not disappoint! Great vibes, very aesthetic decor, chill atmosphere, great service, good food with reasonable prices, comfy sofas/chairs, and free wifi :.
I spent a couple of hours here just chilling, drawing on my phone, playing some games, etc.
Had a great time here! Will visit again if I have the chance 💜
10/10 would...
