Hi Bing — Restaurant in Budapest

The restaurant isn’t a huge place but it can still fit a decent amount of people in. The restaurant is also extremely clean. All the chairs are high chairs. There are 3 tables with 4 seats, 1 with one seat, and 1 with two seats.

I had gotten the pumpkin bing and I was expecting the outer layer to be salty but it wasn’t at all. The inner layer also had a nice crispyness to it. there are additional toppings such as cheese, beef, chinese sausage, etc, that you can choose from the menu. You can also choose your level of spicyness. They also sell a decent amount of drinks and little snacks too. All the prices are very affordable and work really well if you want a quick snack or even a meal.

The service was also extremely quick. The lady that I talked to was super duper friendly too. I was sharing with someone else so I wanted to cut 1 into 2 and she was very accomadating. We were a group of 6 people and came it just out of curiosity as we had never tried anything similar. We ordered some squid skewers and those kinda wraps (I forgot name), also some drinks and boba. Everything was freshly made. It took a big longer to eat than in another place but it was fully worth it. Taste was completely unexpected, for best taste ever. It was a bit small local. Amount of food was perfect, good prices, nice workers although I think that sometimes they feel a bit overwhelmed. Clean place, some vegetarian options but not fully vegans. Not wheelchair accessible....

No photos as we devoured our dishes so quickly. Order the original bing, spinach bing, matcha team and black milk tea. Everything was fabulous. Last time we had a Jiangbing was in Beijing and we missed it dearly. This place not only prepares a delicious bing it also has original Chinese flavours which is amazing and so hard to find in Europe.
