ISPARTA Döner — Restaurant in Budapest

I wanted to eat here so I got there by 8:45 AM. On google and on their entrance door says opening from 8:30 AM. I went in the place was empty no staff around. I noticed 2 females happily smoking outside. One of them noticed me and said that the place is not open yet. I found that strange because it has been past 15 mins opening time but I accepted it so I did a little shopping and came back at 9:00 AM. The 2 females were still smoking outside and chatting at the guest tables. When they noticed I took pictures of them IN PUBLIC they started to suddenly get angry. Not sure why one would get upset of getting a picture taken in public unless you have something to hide for example slacking and not working when you have the store OPEN and costumer waiting. The skinny female said she is just a regular person not working there, but few minutes later she walked inside the kitchen?! I am not sure if she even bothered washing her filthy hands after that stinky cigarette but wouldn't surprise me if she didn't which is a health code violation. She only cares about her dirty long nails probably. One day someone will report them it's only a matter of time. Later the day shift lady came who was very mature and handled the situation much better than the 2 smoking females and while she didn't say a single sorry, she was more understanding about the events. Ordered 2 Gyros Pita absolutely tasteless and super cold could not eat it also the gyros was really chewy and fatty. We only went because it was busy. But as we ordered the food was was given way too quick like the gyros was already cut off and left on the side for a very long time. also the pitta was so soggy and added way to much sauce when we said no sauce only noticing after it was drowned in sauce also there was hardly any gyros only salad. Would not reccomend trying this place go to Pizza Forte opposite or KFC...

Félórát várattak fölöslegesen az elviteles rendeléssel, mert rosszul van beállítva az applikációban, vagy mert nem érdekli őket hogy foglalkozzanak vele. De nem csak az ember idejét rabolják (egyébként akárhányszor kényszerültem ide jönni enni, mindig tetű lassú volt a kiszolgálás), hanem a pénzét is, ezek után hazaérve éhesen és megrökönyödve konstatáltam, hogy az amúgy méretes adag, alapból finom és jól átsütött borzaska CUKROS (!!!!!) tejföllel van nyakon öntve és abban tocsog a ráreszelt sajt. Persze jutott belőle minden másra is: rizsre, zöldségre ja meg a grátisz csípős csalamádéra, amit senki nem kért (révén hogy utálom a csípőset is meg a csalamádét is), és sehol sem volt feltüntetve a rendelésnél. A gusztusos kis elegy ezáltal ehetetlenné vált, kaja híján meg egy fárasztó nap után éhen maradtam. Jeleztem az étterem felé a problémát de az átvétellel kapcsolatban hárított a foodpandára, a csípőset meg rám, hogy hát tudnom kéne hogy minden ételük alap tartozéka a csípős, és nekem kéne jelölnöm ha nem kell (amit egyébként megjegyzésen kívül, már ha tudod hogy írni kellene, nem is tudsz jelölni). Tejfölre, ami miatt a kukába landolt a kaja semmi reakció, majd további panaszkodás hatására odadobták hogy "megvizsgálásra kerül, majd jelentkezik". Történhet véletlen baki, de se egy sorry, se semmi? Gondolom ezek után "nagy" kivizsgálásra kerülhet sor. Utólag kiderült, barátnőm is 2x próbálkozott a hellyel, ugyanezzel az étellel és bár nem volt édes a feltét de mindannyiszor kritikán aluli volt a minősége az ételnek. Ne...
