Eker Gyros Török Étterem — Restaurant in Budapest

If i was a boss of that shop i will crazy with that people. 1) The old man fix the gyros was very rude and unpolite. 2) The young tall man sure is not a professional. I am ordering 1 pita bread with gyros , waiting 15-20 minutes. When i finished i try to order another one pita bread with gyros and they said to me , go out and waiting another 15-20 minutes. THAT guys was unexcatable. Only good is small girl that help them with dishes, go up and down all time. IF THEY CONTINUE LiKE THAT they lose all the clients. I used to like this place, and I would visit a few times a month. The food used to be delicious and a big amount, and the place used to be clean(er).

I visited nowadays and it was dirty, and the way they handle the food is very unhygienic. The staff is okay, but not great. Portions visibly became smaller compared to 1-3 years ago, and the prices went up. The products in their fridge somehow are always warm. This is true for the rice pudding as well that they store in the fridge - the last time I bought it, it was runny and warm, just...

So this place actually used to be pretty decent, and saved many of my drunk nights. But today i've ran into a food-poisoning inducing gyros, and i'm talking like diarrhea-level food poisoning. Not worth it! Just pay a few extra hundred HUF (forints) at a greek place and you will be much better off, really. I don't know what they've changed, maybe something got spoiled, i don't care, if food makes me empty my bowels out in a really unsatisfying way, it's a one star for me. Good knews though, there is a greek gyros place nearby, just take the tram on Móricz Zsigmond and travel like 2 stops to Floga Grill. Never got disappointed there. Oh yea and if you're more into the turkish gyros, basically there's another gyros place on Móricz, but a bit cheaper, and you can find many other cheaper options all through-out the city. MAGYARUL: szóval ez a hely egész jó volt régen, és sokszor megmentett már részegen késő éjjel, viszont ma belefutottam egy erősen hasmenés indukáló gyrosukba. Nem éri meg! Akkor már inkább fizessetek pár százassal többet a közeli Floga Grill nevezetű görög gyrososnál, engem még soha nem hagytak cserben. Nem tudom mit változtattak az itteni Ekerben, nem is nagyon érdekel, mivel robbanásszerűen tört ki belőlem a földcsuszamlásszerű élmény. Amúgy a görög hely 2 villamosmegállóra van a Móricztól az Allee irányában.
