This place it quite intriguing. They have a fairly good selection of chicken food there. The chicken in the sandwich was absolutely mouthwatering - so juicy.

The bun was really buttery and tasted amazingly delicious.

Unfortunately non of the spicy sauces really were that spicy not even the Carolina reaper sauce, which was a bummer since I was really looking forward to some spicy chicken.

Prices for the food seems fairly reasonable.

The place is pretty small and during lunch time, it was absolutely packed.

The waffle wasn’t that good, it was really dense and hard, wasn’t surprised that someone else left theirs on the table.

Due to the place being so small and having an open kitchen, the ventilation really isn’t great.

Even with four people working behind the counter, it was fairly slow

As others have noted, the service isn't always great. They don't seem to have the staff or equipment capacity they need for the volume of orders, they're out of things a lot, they're slow for what people think of as fast food, etc. Let me tell you why they deserve 5 stars anyway.

This is the closest thing to real southern American fried chicken I have tasted on this continent. I'm American, I LOVE fried chicken, I'm a connoisseur (Hattie B's!!). Crunchy is good. Okay so after doing quite a deep dive into other reviews and actually trying it myself I have to say it's absolutely delicious our sandwich came out literally steaming hot it was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside jasmen was absolutely amazing great service and smile and helped us understand the menu cause we definitely had a few dumb questions but she was patient and also went out of their way to make sure our food was to our satisfaction cseke was also amazing he helped me get connected with wifi and overall I couldn't recommend it enough fairly priced with filling...
