Read moreThis place is a must try for visitors to Budapest. Located on the Buda side, the travel to have the pastries and coffee is worth it. We bought both the sweet and savoury fillings. All of them tasted delicious, flavourful and pastry point of view among the best we have had so far. Each bite would leave you wanting more, where the pastry is just the right bite not overdoing the filling inside which is almost one with the whole pastry. Personally we loved the spinach roll,almond siga, cacao-cherry siga and the gorgonzola bites .The prices I would say are pretty reasonable compared to the quality.

It's quite small (2 person seating only) but filled with true bakery spirit: flour corner, dough work you can see through a glass separator, crispy bread loafs in the baskets and coffee, of course.
Tried walnut roll, and it was full of nuts (finally found that place!) not super sweet (other bakeries' sweetness level is higher) and surprisingly half as cheap as the usual one: less than a euro.
This place is my new fav bakery around. Not to mention that a seller was so welcoming and smily, that it made the whole experience...
