Tang Cheng Northeastern (Dongbei) Cuisine — Restaurant in Budapest

They bring dish by dish because they have only 1 chef. Ordered a fried rice with beef and pork. First they brought the beef. I asked when the rice and pork would be served. They told me it was very busy and the chef could only do one order at the time. So we should be patient for they other 2 orders. 15 minutes later they didn’t bring anything. So I only wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. They told me I should have called to do my order in advance. Hey I am a tourist how the hack should I know…if they told me that when I was ordering I would have gone somewhere else…The meat was already cold when the served first the rice after 20 minutes (still waiting for the pork). They didn’t let me pay for the drinks only. Than they served the pork. They had to warm the beef up again. It took more than 1hour that we good start eating. Bottom line be honest to your customers so that they can decide...

So slow. Way too slow... We only ordered simple dishes from the menu. We were the only table at the restaurant when we sat down. Nobody informed us what to expect or how long the dishes would take. After 30 mins of waiting,we had to ask if they've even started cooking yet, and we were told to wait a bit more. After waiting for an hour and not a single dish reaching our table, we asked again, to which the answer was to wait just 10 more minutes.. Then they finally started cooking after making us wait for an hour and giving us 0 information on how long it will take. To top it off, regarding our complaint that we had to wait for an hour, the owner lady had the audacity to say it's our fault because we never told her that we are in a hurry?! Never again. Customer service so bad. To be fair, food was alright, advise to just leave if takes too long, dont wait more than 20 mins. Customer...

Poor customer service: 1/10 unreasonably charge all customers 10% service fees without any service.

The business owner is rude and disrespectful 😤 , she didn't even apologize for food delay and overcharging fees.

Poor ambience and worrying hygienic problem: 0/10 loud noise inside without any management，🚬 can be smelt inside.

The toilet is poorly kept and the sink was completely disfunction to use. Take a look at the hygiene and image how "clean" your food will be.

Food: "Guobao rou" was delayed. All cuisines tastes extremely salty with excessive seasonings.

Overall , it was a very dissatisfied experience with poor ambience, rude business owner, and limited...
