At the first impression we saw a beautiful garden, that encouraged us to enter. They made us sit in two very pub-like, uncomfortable chairs at a pub-like table with paper table clothes. Not exactly what I was expecting from a classy place, but until then no big deal. We looked at the menu: prices were pretty expensive and the plates were very simple. I ordered gnocchi with tomato sauce and my partner spaghetti aglio e oglio: 2 dishes very, very simple. In italy I cooked dishes like that in 10 minute, we had to wait 40 minutes!!! Gnocchi were really bitter and very few: for more than 4000 ft, I expected better. My partner cannot have milk products, and the spaghetti aglio e oglio (which as the name says, are supposed to be made only with garlic and olive oil), the dish was full of a cheese cream. You could at least write it in the menu! We left...

The serving was excellent, maybe even a bit too posh-hipsterish, however the waiter didn’t know what is in the menu, not even the ingredients of the dishes. The quality of the food was mediocre and the price/value ratio wasn’t at all congruous. This place obviously meant to serve rich tourists who are looking for international gourmet, not indigenious residents. Actually a bit scary if you would put it in...

Nagyon kritikán aluli volt a kiszolgálás, a grillcsirke száraz volt, a krumpli szottyadt, rossz volt ránézni, meg se kóstoltam, annyira elment tőle a kedvem. A felszolgáló csak akkor jött vissza megkérdezni, hogy esetleg rendelnék-e valami mást, mikor már a társaság többi tagja befejezte, egyedül meg már nem akartam enni. Sok pénzért éhesen távoztam. Én biztosan soha, semmilyen körülmények közt nem jövök vissza. A panaszkezelés gyakorlatilag nulla volt, a pincérnő lekezelő és unott volt. Senkinek nem ajánlom a helyet.

Egyébként a csomagolást is felszámolták, holott én nem kértem, hogy elcsomagolják.

milyen elegáns, hogy egy önnek nem tetsző véleményt előbb megpróbál töröltetni, aztán jogi lépésekekkel fenyeget. Pont ez az a fajta panaszkezelés, amit sajnálatosnak tartotok most is. Remélem, más is...
