Mediterrán Vendégház — Hotel in Kecskeméti járás

I stayed for three weeks in this guest house for a work trip. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and management. Incredibly kind and helpful people. Contacting the guesthouse was simple, thanks to incredibly quick responses in perfect English.

Being alone, I thought the room was spacious and perfect for my stay. Having my own bathroom and mini fridge was a huge relief. I went in the winter, and I was never cold in my room.

The guesthouse is literally in the heart of Kecskemét and is basically near everything. I felt safe in the guesthouse, with the gate and multiple doors that led to my room (at night, there are always floodlights turned on).

Any "problems" I had were caused by other guests who were loud late into the night or would leave dirty dishes and kitchens after cooking. I'm amazed that the cleaning staff could return the kitchen to a spotless state again, every morning.

Around a courtyard behind a large gate on a wide street near the centre. We had street parking though it ?may be possible to bring a car within the gate. We hired a 2-bedroom apartment at €74 for 1 night. One bedroom had 3 single beds and a bathroom whereas the other had a double & a single but no bathroom. Between the 2 rooms was a kitchen/dining room with good enough facilities to make this a viable self-catering site.
