Flatey Pizza — Restaurant in undefined

Ordered and waited for 30 minutes. Then came back and asked about the order.

They had not started with the order yet. Told me to wait another 7 minutes. In reality it took 25 more minutes.

In total 55 minutes from order until we got our food.

It was quite a young group of employees, and that might have been the reason to somewhat lack of professionality and quality in service.

Usually I don’t write bad reviews, but there was no service-orientation or whatsoever.

Other than that it was a decent pizza!

In comparison another foodstore named SAMUELSSON managed to get our order after 10 minutes even when we ordered at that place after Flatey Pizza. Both had about equal...

It used to be great pizza, but unfortunately not anymore. Once again, some ingredients were missing, and once again, the waiting time was long despite the place not being busy. The pizza was greasy, the toppings kept falling off, and the crust was falling apart. I don’t usually complain or leave negative reviews, but this has happened again. It’s a shame.
