I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience I had with one of your Domino's workers. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by the service I received, specifically with regards to the worker's late order taking and apparent preference given to other customers.
the worker seemed to be preoccupied or unresponsive, resulting in a significant delay in taking my order. This delay caused frustration and inconvenience, as I had anticipated a prompt and efficient service from Domino's.
Furthermore, I observed that the worker appeared to prioritize other customers who arrived after me. It was disheartening to see that my order was neglected or given less importance compared to others who arrived later. This kind of preferential treatment is not only unfair but also reflects poorly on the overall customer service experience.
As a loyal customer of Domino's, I have come to expect timely and equal treatment for all customers. However, this recent encounter has left me dissatisfied and questioning the consistency of service at your establishment.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and address the issue with the worker involved. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial for your team to emphasize the importance of prompt order taking and ensuring equal treatment of all customers. It is crucial to provide a positive experience to every customer, regardless of their arrival time.

Read moreI hardly post a review but this place was so bad I had to say something I recently visited this Domino’s outlet, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The moment I walked in, I was hit by an unbearable wave of heat—turns out, the air conditioning was at it's worst . The entire place felt like an oven, making it impossible to sit and enjoy a meal comfortably.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was absolutely not upto the mark. The pizza tasted nothing like what you’d expect from a well-known brand. The toppings were sparse, the cheese was rubbery, and the crust felt like it had been sitting out for hours. Even the sides were disappointing— It’s shocking how Domino’s, a brand known for its consistency, could serve such subpar food.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. And totally understaffed, For getting my table cleaned took almost 20 minThere was no effort to address the AC issue. The overall atmosphere was completely uninviting.
Domino’s seriously needs to improve its quality control and customer experience. If this is the level of service they continue to offer, they’re going to lose customers fast. I will NOT be returning, and I’d advise anyone considering a visit to think twice before wasting their time...

As Domino’s is one of the known brands for pizza across the world, people have expectations from the brand, and so do I. What I expect from the brand is that it will try the best to reach to its consumers and will try not to disappoint them. But what I perceived was quite the opposite of my expectation. Currently I’m living in Jakhoda (pin code 282009) And to my disappointment, it’s been more than a month that there is any home delivery of Domino’s pizza to my location. Whenever I want to have Domino’s pizza at my home, I need to enter a faraway location in the app. When I asked the delivery person regarding this issue, he told that home delivery is not available in your location. This reason was not convincing and acceptable for me. According to me instead of the ‘no delivery in Jakhoda, they could have approached a better alternative so that only the mischievous consumers do not get to place the order. They can use technology to block particularly their Domino’s account. As because of few consumers, rest of the consumers of Domino’s who are staying near Jakhoda, are facing problem in getting online pizza.
