KFC — Restaurant in Agra

First major issue with this outlet is that the sitting area is located on first floor so after placing order at ground floor you need to come back from the sitting area located at 1st floor again and then take the food and this process keep going on if you plan of ordering something again. So much hassle for some pretty straight forward things.

Second is the food quality as due to the above mentioned reason people don’t prefer coming to this outlet as when i visited i was the only one in the sitting area and the staff was not even courteous enough to switch on the air conditioning. And due to less frequency of visit they are giving spoiled food. I ordered chicken zinger meal and the wings were so much smelling that i was not even able to stand the smell of them. I even complained to the staff but they were not accepting the mistake. The staff is also uneducated and don’t know how to behave in front of customer.

My humble advice to all is to avoid...

I ordered my lunch and gave the staff a 500Rs note and they said that they have no change. Then I paid the payment online and ate my food upstairs.

While preparing to leave, I noticed my 500 Rs note was missing, I probably thought that it had been fallen down and the staff must have picked up but to my surprise none of them saw any note.

I searched myself and the whole KFC and not a trace of the note. Note that I did not step out the store once during this time period.

It probably was the staff that took the note for themselves, I did not say anything to them, just asked for the note.

Well anyways, I am never coming here again either alone or...
