FoodEx — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Places like this have stood the test of time. The menu may be fast food which is for indulging but not health or hunger but it is amazing. I keep coming back here for two reasons.. 1. Nostalgic factor. 2. Service standards. They add a small human touch. Though this place is self-service, the staff come after and serve you water. It is a very simple, small and insignificant act. But that small act of kindness makes all the difference. There are many new places that put technology like pre loaded cards, token systems etc. to attract crowds. But they forget the basics. Everyone has figured out the ambience part of the restaurant but but they miss the key thing in a restaurant - 'Service'. FoodEx is a exemplary in service even though it is a self-service restaurant. The food is really tasty. I really liked it but this is the second time when I give a big order they have failed to pack all the food i ordered. Today i lost a lovely black forest pastry (i ordered two they only gave me one) and since I live far away i can't even demand my pastry from them. I ask others to take care when they order the food to be packed and you order many things to eat. I feel very irritated right now. Take care. Rates are too heavy as well. I could Eat much better and tasty Manchuria in nearby Heritage hotel at the same price

Changed it to 1 star. Not the First time I got sick from eating food here. Horrible Vomitings. Even my dad was sick from the food. Unless they change their standards i will bever ever recommend Food...

A very good bakery with a much larger Menu than most of its competitors. The best part about FoodEx is their hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness at any given time of the day. I say this confidently as I have visited them many a times near to their closing. And I have always been happy with the maintenance.

They serve a lot of fresh menu which looks great but lacks original taste in many of the items. Still they fare at par with their competitors.

Abundance of seating available too, with good lighting.
