Robin Cabin — Restaurant in Assam

We found some dirty substance in the water glasses..and I saw it after we had a few sips from it...then we noticed that they replaced the jugs from which the water had been poured in the glasses...so it means the dirt must be in the water or the jug....they didn't check before giving us the water...I felt disgusted after drinking from it , we don't know what were in the glasses😧😧.... But the food was fine .. we ordered Chicken Chowmein, Paratha, Momo(fry) and Chole Bhature.. momo and the chole bhature were priced 100rs. and 80rs. respectively..they weren't bad.. but...totally not the worth of the money spent on it ,; the paratha was not bad..was actually fine..the ghoogni was tasty ; the chowmein was tasty though...

So overall food experience was fine and the people working there were good..so it was supposed to be 4 stars...but what we experienced there, with the water reduced 2 stars...

Cleanliness should be one of the main things..it might even cause illness or at most food poisoning to the people who consume them if the food, place where food is made and the water is...

This place is actually not that happening but it's a saver for those who come for shopping in fancy bazar as this seems to be the only place in the midst of the shops where it's not possible to find any other restaurant. It's a age old restaurant serving Indian and Chinese dishes and fast food at a reasonable rates. But the quality of food is quite very average and it should only be chosen if you just want to fill your belly during your shopping at Fancy Bazar and you don't want to walk around to few of the better alternatives (which are mostly pure veg) like Gopal Maharaj, KBs, Shahi Durbar, etc and Khusbu. The restaurant has remained at this place since years. I am not quite confident about its...

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. Had a satisfactory experience there for many years now.Although the place is good and so is the reputation and the staffs, but the only fault is the RUDE MANAGER/RECEPTIONIST. His behaviour is so RUDE, that when we and one other customer complained about the Chole Bhature being unfreash, he replied in a very loud and harsh tone with use of unpleasant words. And on the same day before our incident, he had a feud with another customer who complained about the food taking too long. It was presumably his ego of the restaurant's reputation.
