Magic square hotel — Hotel in Assam

Room are not much maintained. Most of basic amenities are not available(only one small soap and water bottle was available in our rooms. TV was there but havung limited channels. Gyeser was not working in our room even they had not done anything to repair it even after multiple requests. They told to dial the number of reception mentioned in the room but no one will pickup the phone if required urgently & give irrelevent excuse for it.|Food quality are average but very much limited, hardly total 3-4 items. Though we had booked complementary breakfast plan but during our timing 9.40 am no items were available (mentioned breakfast timing 8.30am-10.30am). When we asked for it, they only made some puri (sabji was also made seperately), idli. Juice was not available. Fruit (not actually fresh) only available was banana. By far this is the best experience I've ever had of my staying. I have seen some bad reviews about this hotel. I don't know why they did that but from what I've experienced here of my 3days staying is not even close to what they are claiming. The hotel staff are very friendly and gentle. They treated as just like anyone treat the guests in their home. Hotel room as well as the corridor and the premises is neat and clean. Excellent room service provided to us. Very kind of them. There's an in house restaurant on the top floor. Damn food was so good I felt like I was eating in my home. And the most important part is this is totally budget friendly. Gonna attach some pictures for the proof so that next visiters can have trust choosing this hotel. I would love to be here next time I m in Guwahati.

Definitely this hotel deserves more than...

There were 3 ac rooms booked against my name. But one of the rooms stunk and hence one of our group had to make do with a non ac room. But the owner charged us for 3 ac rooms. When we had an altercation with the owner on the phone regarding this, he threatened us. Later when my father- in- law and I were descending down in the lift, to have another discussion with the hotel manager, they locked us in the airless lift. Isn't this a criminal offense? And I have proof of my reservation with you including payment receipts to one Mr Talukdar who himself is rating his own hotel on Google. Sanam Bhattacharya , Basabi Bhattacharya and Jayanta Bhattacharya were all part of this trip. And they have provided their inputs here which your team is disagreeing too.
