Absolute Barbecues never disappoints when it comes to offering an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you step in, the vibrant ambiance and welcoming staff set the tone for an indulgent meal.

The highlight of AB’s is undoubtedly the live grill concept. Having the grill at your table adds an interactive and fun element to the meal. The variety of marinated meats and seafood is impressive, and vegetarians have no shortage of flavorful options either. Personal favorites were the crispy fried prawn, crispy chicken strips, which was perfectly spiced and grilled to perfection.

The buffet spread is massive, catering to all kinds of palates. From Indian curries to continental dishes and exotic salads, there's something for everyone. The wish grill is a unique touch – crafting custom dishes with ingredients of your choice.

Desserts are a showstopper, with an array of cakes, pastries, ice creams, and the must-try kulfi station.

This is the first time , I visited the AB's, in Whitefield Bengaluru on 20th May 2018 at 2:00 pm. Previously , I had been to AB's in Hyderabad.

About food: As usual starter is yummy . Started with Paneer , Mushroom , Crispy corn , Cheesy potato in the veg items. Next comes Non-veg comprising of Chicken , Grill prawn , BBQ Fish and Mutton seekh. We took almost an hour only for starters , that much worth it . After that we had in wish grill Mix Sea food. That is also good. As this is summer , aam panna and Lassi are available there . We are able to taste few food items only because of the starter. But whatever we tasted it is worth it both in quality and price.As usual their dessert items like jamun, pastry, rasmalai etc., were yummy . Added to this ice-creams , I had AB's special ice cream. I forgot to tell about pineapple , it is mouthwatering . I think that is a combination of Honey and Pineapple. Must try one there.

As we went on Sunday , there is no welcome drink offer. So we purchased it additionally.

About Ambience: Ambience is good in terms of interior .As usual in every AB's Birthday parties were going on like cake cutting , song and wishes . It is worth to dine here with family members during week days because you will get welcome drink offer :P .

About service (5/5) : A friendly service by Sadir and Rabi .They asked for timely feedback about the food and service . We forget to take a dessert (phirni) as it is a self service one, they served us to our table even when we thought of leaving . Overall we spend almost 2 hours inside AB's . Overall a good time spent during this weekend.

And we booked for Kalyan nagar branch for dining on 19th May 2018 because it is showing in their website. After that we came to know that was not inaugurated.

Next , we tried to book in Marathahalli for next day at 2 pm , 2:30pm and 3:00pm but all were booked. So we booked for Whitefield.

So Try to book before a day and get confirmation thru SMS . Then visit and have a Mouth...

AB's - The ideal barbeque-buffet restaurant! Had this place in my shortlist for a long time and finally we paid this place a visit As soon as we entered, we saw there's ample seating place, though making a reservation is what I would recommend

We were served by Sadir and one more guy(from Kolkata). Their service was pretty good. Their behavior was polite and subtle.

Coming to the food, the barbeque had the usual chicken, fish,prawns in non-veg and in veg they had paneer, mushrooms, pineapple, capsicum We were served, mutton seekh kebabs, chicken drumsticks, chicken chilly, veg tikka, spicy potato as appetizers

The food on the BBQ grill was really good. The balance of flavours was on point, but what stole the show was the food on the plate. The chicken drumsticks were the best I have had in a while, the meat was flavourful,juicy and tender.

My most favorite was the chicken chilly, which sadly came in late. By the time my tummy was almost full so I couldn't eat much of it. This was without a doubt the best chicken chilly I have had until now. The costing was flavourful and crispy on the outside and the chicken inside was juicy. I could come back to this for that dish itself!

After this, we went to a different section, where they served variety of different meats, most of which I hadn't tried in my life. So we choose to eat shark,duck,rabbit and octopus meat with Indian curry. The resulting dish had a satisfactory taste.

We skipped the buffet because we were almost full and we had decided to go straight for the desserts. The deserts were pretty good. We tried all the desserts and liked most of them.

In the end we were served a unique ice-cream dessert which they said that they made it specially for us. That too tasted really good.

All in all a must visit place. A place that serves quality food and is better than many other BBQ franchises.
