I visited this restaurant for the first time, and overall, the food quality and taste were average. The restaurant has two sections: self-service and dining. In the self-service area, you can order shawarma, grilled items, or biryani. I opted for the dining section.
The ambiance was just okay, but the service was where my experience went downhill. I placed my order with the person at the counter, who recommended all the items since it was my first visit. After ordering, we sat in the dining area, and the food was served.
We ate everything, but at the end, I was told that an additional portion of an item I hadn’t ordered was mistakenly given to me. I had ordered a smaller portion of grilled chicken, but they served and charged me for a larger portion. I wasn’t aware of the size difference, so we couldn’t finish the food and asked them to pack the leftovers.
When it came to billing, they overcharged us for the larger portion. Upon questioning, they admitted their mistake but insisted I pay for it. I offered to return the untouched food, and they initially took it back. However, they later returned it, saying it couldn’t be taken back because it was partially (my half) eaten. They then forced me to pay for their mistake, though they eventually reduced the charge slightly.
This experience left me extremely dissatisfied with their service. While the ambiance and food taste were average, the grilled chicken stood out as good. I don’t plan to return for dining but might come back for their...

I recently visited Al-Bake Sarjapur for a quick bite, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. The food quality was very average, failing to meet my expectations.
Upon receiving my order, one of the immediate letdowns was the fact that the food wasn't served hot. It had clearly been sitting out for a while, which compromised the overall taste and freshness. The flavors were lackluster, and the texture of the dishes suffered due to the lukewarm serving temperature.
The menu offered a range of options, but unfortunately, the execution fell short. The dishes lacked that authentic and flavorful touch that one would expect from a restaurant claiming to offer quality cuisine. From appetizers to main courses, the presentation and taste did not justify the price point.
Furthermore, the service was lackluster, with staff appearing disinterested and inattentive to the diners' needs. This further detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving me unimpressed and unlikely to return in the future.
In conclusion, Al-Bake Sarjapur failed to deliver on its promise of delicious cuisine and left me with a feeling of disappointment. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with high-quality food, this might not be the...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience for the safety of others, especially those with food allergies. Despite clearly informing the staff about my allergies on multiple occasions, the restaurant repeatedly failed to follow through with basic precautions.
On two separate visits, I explicitly stated my dietary restrictions and was assured that my order would be handled with care. Unfortunately, both times, my food was served with the exact allergen I asked to avoid. The second incident resulted in a severe allergic reaction and violent vomiting, requiring immediate medical attention. It was not only distressing but completely avoidable.
What’s worse is the restaurant’s lack of accountability. There was no proactive response, no ownership, and no genuine apology. For an establishment serving the public, especially in today’s climate where food sensitivity awareness is critical, this level of negligence is unacceptable.
I hope this review serves as a caution for others with allergies. Until there is a clear change in how they handle special dietary needs, I strongly advise avoiding this place if your health depends on safe...
