Asia Seven Nexus Shantiniketan Mall — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Visited Asia seven in shantiniketan mall for the first time today and will never be visiting this place again.I wish there is an option to give 0 for the service as I had the most pathetic service!! Ordered for a pan fried noodles with chicken.After waiting for more than 15 minutes,got my order.I had one spoon and realized it's veg instead of chicken.Asked them to replace and got the new order ..This time with chicken but no pan fried noodles!!! I understand when it's crowded, once in a while mistakes do happen,but getting the same order wrong twice ..only these people can do it.Worst part is their attitude towards customers,even after doing all these,no courtesy to accept their mistake,no sorry.As I didn't have more time to waste,took the money back and ordered my lunch from the...

Absolutely not good Chinese. Not only the Nexus Shantiniketan mall outlet in food court gave cold food , they are totally mismanaged . They gave in tiny paper plates. We ordered Kung pao chicken with noodles, Burnt fish with noodles and steamed momos. Everything was bad. They don’t know to make momos. They served cold noodles even when we right away immediately took it from them. The chicken was bad . He gave one fork for three plates of noodles. He took several minutes for taking the order . He also ran out out of paper for giving a receipt and took few more minutes . Just Eat Mc Donald’s , Dominos , or maybe just a Taco at Nexus Shantiniketan mall food court . I ordered from asia seven coz i liked sizzler in Phoenix mall's asia seven.

Ordered veg sizzler over here. Generally we get asked to choose between noodles and rice, I asked for noodles, the cashier didn't inform me that the noodles are not available in that varient (otherwise I'd have ordered something else)

when I got the order with rice, I asked him to replace it coz that's not what I ordered. He said, "Ma'am ye waste ho jayega, maine tab suna nahi jab aapne noodles bola, I'll give you noodles extra (those noodles were so cold, I couldn't eat that) Despite me telling that the noodles were not hot, he kept insisting they were.
