Lavonne Café — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had heard a lot about Lavonne, so ordered through Swiggy. The Lavonne restaurant guy, some Sushant, called me and said one item from my order is missing. He says he can't see his system, can't see my order, made me repeat my entire order. Then he took a replacement request for 1 item from me. Then Swiggy called and said delivery partner saying that restaurant is cancelling the order. I was shocked as to why after the long, detailed call with me, the restaurant wants to cancel the order. Meanwhile, the restaurant hasn't been taking calls from Swiggy! So, with the help of the delivery partner, Swiggy executive does a concall with me and the restaurant at my request.

The restaurant guy was unhelpful and unwilling to explain why he was cancelling the order after taking replacement request. Finally, he says it's a mismatch in billing and I need to pay Rs 50 approx. more. I gladly agree, still confused and exasperated that order needs to be cancelled instead of asking customer to pay the deficit. Swiggy executive also tells restaurant guy that this could have been easily avoided and customer's time saved, if he had spoken about bill mismatch in the very beginning.

So, now restaurant guy says he's dispatching order in 2 mins and I am to pay the Swiggy delivery partner Rs 50. I patiently wait for my order and stay ready to pay the deficit amount. But guess what?! Only one item from the order was actually delivered! The restaurant has gone ahead and edited my order, sends me what they want to send and refunds the balance. All without even telling me!! This after two long, detailed calls!!

I had heard a lot of good things about Lavonne's desserts. But their sales and service is a horrid affair! Even the one item that they sent, came lopsided and destroyed. Never ordering from them again! No amount of sweet desserts can change the horrible taste left behind by...

Lavonne Cafe is a small cafe present in the Lower Ground floor of Nexus Shantiniketan Mall in Whitefield. The place has a seating area of 5 tables and then have options of takeaway or have it then and there .

The place has a lowest range of 109 and then upper ranges of 600 inr . The place serves cupcakes,brownies,sour bread,pastries,tarts,cheesecakes,pastas, spaghetti, burgers,coolers,smoothies,shakes,juices,tea,coffee ,etc.

I would recommend the Pastas,burgers and puffs along with freshly made cheesecakes like Tea,Blueberry,Chocolate,pineapple along with chocolate cupcakes.

I was taken one step back by the Tender coconut cooler which was a bit sour and had a bad aftertaste as the coconut was not sweet .

Overall the service and tanel cleanliness also needs to improve a bit along with options of house made...

Lavonne has the BEST mini cakes. I had visited the cafe in nexus shantiniketan, they have nice ambience. I was looking for eggfree cake takeaway, they have limited/no options in eggfree desserts. Two flavours mini cake was available and i had picked both the mini cakes. The Fruit n nut cake was mind blowing 😍 simply loved it. Carrot cake was amazing. Just two options in eggless cake and I loved both flavours. I like how they pair flavours. They serve the best. The box Packaging is too good. I like how everything is curated. This place is Must visit. Any lavonne cafe in Bangalore you will never be disappointed. Unless u order from swiggy, visit the cafe or personally pick the dish. Just one request please add more eggfree and veg options for Vegetarians...
