We’ve absolutely loved your cookies from the very beginning. A friend initially recommended them to us, and ever since, we’ve been loyal customers—ordering again and again because of the unique, melty taste that made them so special. However, we’ve noticed a recent and disappointing change in both the quality and size of your cookies. They used to be slightly bigger, much softer, and incredibly flavourful. Unfortunately, the current batches feel like a step down. Along with that, there’s a noticeable hike in delivery charges, which makes the overall experience feel less worth the value. While we do understand that scaling up a business can bring changes, it’s disheartening to see those changes come at the cost of product quality. Earlier, we didn’t mind paying ₹400-₹500 because the cookies were genuinely indulgent. But paying ₹657 today felt regrettable, especially when the taste and size no longer justify the price. Upgrading a business may boost the bottom line, but losing the essence of what made your product special can alienate loyal consumers. Please consider this as honest, heartfelt feedback from a previously happy customer—shared with high disappointment. Unfortunately, this might be my last order unless the original quality is...

For the longest time I had been searching for good vanilla custard doughnuts in Bangalore. Unfortunately we weren’t that lucky to find a good place. When Bakeree first started she would have a doughnut drop like once or twice a week which would literally be sold out in minutes. The first time I managed to get a hold of some of her delicious doughnuts, that was it for me! I have literally stopped eating or ordering doughnuts from anywhere else but her! Whilst all are SO SO good, her vanilla custard, raspberry and vanilla custard and Korean milk cream mango doughnuts are my favourites!🥹 I have also got so many of my friends addicted to her doughnuts that they order only and only from her now. She’s literally the sweetest too and their service is impeccable! Her savoury doughnuts, mini cakes and cookies are super yummy as well! I would recommend her a thousand...

Just visited a lovely little bakery called Bakeree – and wow, what an experience!

I ordered doughnuts and was absolutely blown away. They were incredibly soft, creamy, and filled with delicious, unique fillings – honestly, some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever had! Each bite was a treat.

A big shoutout to Ria, the owner – she was so polite, warm, and welcoming. Her kindness really added to the overall experience.
