Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently dined at Barbeque Nation in Rajajinagar, Bangalore and while my experience was not perfect, there were still some positives that I would like to highlight in this review.

Firstly, the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere. The service was also quite good, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our meal.

However, when it came to the food, I was unfortunately left somewhat disappointed. While there were a few standout dishes that were really delicious, such as the paneer tikka and the chicken sheekh kebab, many of the other items on the menu were not up to par.

The meat dishes, in particular, were quite dry and lacked the flavor that I was hoping for. Additionally, some of the vegetarian options were a bit underwhelming as well. I also found that some of the dishes were quite greasy, which detracted from their overall taste. I do really wish they brought back the Mutton Sheekh to their menu.

Overall, while I did enjoy my experience at Barbeque Nation, I cannot give it a five-star review due to the issues with the food, which according to my experience none of the franchises are able to match up to their Lido Mall outlet. However, I do think that the restaurant has a lot of potential and with some improvements to the menu, it could definitely be a great dining destination...

Barbeque Nation Restaurant Review

I've been a patron of Barbeque Nation for a few years now, and I must admit that my initial experiences were less than stellar. The food quality was disappointing, with bland flavors dominating my visits. However, I decided to give it another shot recently, and I'm glad I did because things have changed for the better.

The transformation in the quality of food is remarkable. The dishes are now cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors that make every bite delightful. The variety of options available ensures that there is something for everyone, whether you're a fan of spicy barbecue or prefer something milder.

What truly enhanced my dining experience this time around was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Kedar, Kishore, Sujeet, Abhinit, and Anushree. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a personal touch to the meal, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. They were quick to respond to our needs and ensured that our dining experience was top-notch.

Barbeque Nation has truly turned things around, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. The combination of improved food quality and excellent service has made it one of my favorite spots to enjoy...

I visited on 31/07/21. You need to forget about hospitality if you ever plan to visit Barbeque Nation Rajaji Nagar. You will get Barbeque treatment. During a pandemic hygiene is completely compromised, you see house flies all around and the place is stinking. When asked that the place is not comfortable the manager said it is the management's decision about placing of chairs where you cant step out for having buffet food. The service is completely pathetic. If you buy a Happiness card money gets debited and nothing works as expected. Request for a glass tumbler and you may expect it to be delivered after 20 min with 4 requests and if you have kids waiting you know how the situation would be. You request food and the person questions if you need additional food. Even the Managers are least bothered. You ask for feedback they state we will take care. The link given to payment for contactless doesn't work. If you state that the link is not working their answer will surprise you. I got the answer as it has worked for 1000 people and nothing seems to be wrong. This is the approach at Barbeque Nation rather than looking at helping they are least bother about the customer.
