Beijing Bites (Bannerghatta) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Worst service and arrogant manager. The google business of this restaurant says open till 12 am. I came around 11:05 with my mother, sister and my wife. The arrogant manager said it's only takeaway and they can't serve food irrespective of showing him what their business in google mentions.I requested him multiple times to even serve something in paper plate if cleaning is the issue as food is still being prepared in the kitchen, I've travelled around 10km for some evening time with family, and they were very arrogant and rude to send us home empty stomach at 11 in the night with 3 females along with me. I've never experienced this from any restaurants as people in bangalore are very kind and won't let a stranger leave hungry. Totally avoid this arrogant rudely managed restaurant. I've been a regular customer, but never coming back. But gladly found a nearby restaurant named Shangai court opp to elita apartments. They were almost closing and were kind enough to serve us some delicious food. Do check them out, 100x better than...

This place has deteriorated badly over the last few years. I last visited this place in 2014 and the place was bustling with people. The ambience used to be great. But, I visited last night on a friday evening to find out that I was the only one there with a family who came before us.

The AC was not working and the menu cards were dirty and full of dust as if this place was deserted for months.

I ordered drums of heaven and to my surprise I was served chicken lollipop with some sauce. The meat pieces were dry and very small in size for the price they charged.

Then came the main course of schezwan rice with chilli chicken and hunan chicken. I found this place expensive with very little amounts of food being served. The waiting time was around 40 minutes even though I was the only one placing orders.

This place needs a change of management or a remodeling of their business plan if they want to stay...

It turned out to be one of those restaurants that I will never visit again. Firstly, The power went off for good 10- 15 minutes. The main course was served. And due to no power backup or may be not switching it on, We had to parcel the entire food 🙂🙂 as our toddler started getting scared due to no backup lights. Secondly, as it was becoming claustrophobic, we needed some water which the waiter didn’t even bother to provide until we asked.
