Starbucks — Restaurant in Bengaluru

It was the second visit of mine to starbucks.. The time i need to take my parents out for a dinner i was searching a caffe and found this outlet While i reached there is raining and the caffe was empty, I thought that i came a wrong place where no body is there, Even in my college time i visited starbucks for my name in that cup,

But this time its entirely im super excited to share about their service... I went to give my order and my parents started talking in malayalam then the guy who taking our order started talking me in malayalam he explained us about the food and coffee atlast he suggested the malabari wrap and caramel coffee for parents he given flat white and it was really nice, Same i thought he'll just take the order and same like my previous visit nobody came to approach us.. Then he came to us and started talking with my parents and made their day and they were super happy.. really loved the visit... As a daughter I'm thanking starbucks to given me such a memorable moment in my life..

I had a pretty bad experience unfortunately in this Satrbucks outlet. We were 2 families who came here for quick dinner post our movie at Cinepolis on 23rd October as it was late in the evening. We ordered different items for each one and had a good service. While all the others were fine, unfortunately the items that I ordered (Malabari egg croissant and Vanilla milkshake) turned out to be bad.

I had very bad stomach upset early morning 24th Oct and went on for the 3-4 days where I lost 2-3 Kgs and had to take care of my health to avoid any other complication. My Diwali went for a toss due to this.

My point is that we come to such highly renowned outlets assuming that Food Quality is taken utmost care, and pay premium for the same. In fact I called the outlet senior person who mentioned that she will take care of it but did not hear from anybody else after that, neither an apology nor follow up.

I am highly disappointed and surprised that it happened...

Had one of the worst ever experience at this Starbucks. We bought a merchandise of limited edition coffee mug + tumbler which was suppose to be packed in a nice gift box. We planned this a gift for one of our loved ones. I paid the said amount and later I am told that it cannot be given along with the box since the box is charged an addition of Rs 500. I was ready to pay the amount for the box, but they said it cannot be done since the billing has to go together. Finally they packed it in a not so good package with lot of struggle. We had to settle for this due to negligence of the staff. They have no idea what they are selling and how it needs to be billed. They can’t even make any adjustment to their billing although we were at no fault of ours and it was their mistake. They made us wait for almost 20 mins just to get this packed.
