I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beijing Bites in JP Nagar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The moment I stepped in, I was transported to the streets of Beijing, surrounded by the vibrant decor and enticing aromas.

The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! I indulged in the Kung Pao chicken, dumplings, and noodles, and each dish was a flavor explosion that left me craving for more.

The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the quality was exceptional. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect, from the presentation to the flavors.

I had been to other branches of Beijing Bites and was happy with the service and food. Based on my previous experiences , today I visited JPNagar branch which turned out tobe a pathetic one. The management was very poor. There was only one person who was trying to attend the customers, serve them with orders, cleaning tables.It was very clear from his face and attitude that he was tierd and fed up of handling these. I ordered 3 dishes and waited for the food tobe served. To my utter surprise I found even after 1and half hrs,they couldnot serve the full order. I was left with no choice or option but to cancel the rest order and left the restaurant . There were hardly 10 people in the restaurant and the person didn't even serve water.. If they didnt have people and were unable to serve customers in the restuarant why didnt they stop accepting online orders, else they should have closed the restuarant for visitor costomers. Overall a very pathetic experience with poor management...

I am so happy I visited this restaurant! The interiors are cosy, brightly lit and give a happy vibe. And the food is as good as Mainland China, so delicious, so perfect. We could not help but take a parcel too after finishing our dinner. The staff is vigilant in following COVID-19 sanitation protocol. Mr Santosh served us. He was so warm, courteous and attentive towards us - suggest what we could order, asked whether we would prefer chopsticks and volunteered to take our pictures; he ensured we have a good experience. Highly recommended! A must visit!
