Looked elegant from outside but unnecessarily expensive and premium pricing for dishes that are served by hand by the employees without following any hygiene or COVID protocols. The employees are seen using their mobile phones, wiping the counter and also packing parcel boxes with the same hand without even wearing gloves or washing or sanitizing their hands.
I have attached picture of the bill containing dishes purchased and also the employees serving without any gloves. The Uddina Vade was cold, not even warm, it was cold. When I complained, the cashier defends saying "It was prepared 1 hour ago, ofcourse it will be cold" So, according to them, the customer has to be present when the restaurant prepares the dishes and if you order the dishes later when they're cold, it is the customer's problem. That was purely HILARIOUS 🤣
₹23 for a Single Thatte Idli and ₹23 for a Single (COLD) Uddina Vade is not worth the quality and hygienic practices they follow here.
I am never going back...

Service: -Pay upfront for coupon and get your order in Save your appetite for other dishes here instead. Coffee was a little strong, loved the Badam milk which went very well with Shavige bath-- was a little tangy and spicy. What really stood out here was their fluffy thatte idly served with two chutneys, which I don't dislike anymore-- a must try! :)
Conclusion: -I don't get the hype about this place except for their mouth watering thatte Idlys! Rest of the items tasted very average. Worth a try though. -This hardly cost us around 120 bucks- Reasonable. -Will visit again for their Kesaribath...
