If you're in Koramangala and looking for a place that offers great vibes, live experiences, and a whole lot of flavor, Brau Galie is a must-visit! Touted as Asia’s first glass microbrewery, this place blends the art of brewing with a vibrant dining experience – and lives up to the hype! From the moment we walked in, we loved the open, immersive setup – you get to witness live brewing, sip on handcrafted cocktails from the live bar, watch your food come to life at the live kitchen, all while enjoying live music. The ambience is a perfect mix of chill and lively, with indoor, outdoor, and open-to-sky seating options (yes, with a retractable roof too!). Now coming to the food – we were super impressed with the variety and quality. Here's what we tried: Starters: • Philadelphia Cheese Dumplings – melt-in-the-mouth goodness. • Loaded Veg Nachos – crunchy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. • Cold Mezze Platter – great textures and flavors for mezze lovers. • Red Chilli Chicken – spicy, juicy, and packed a punch. • Nilgiri Fish Tikka – unique and herby, a surprise hit. • Prawn Ghee Roast – coastal flavors done right. • Crunchy Haleem Tart – fusion at its best! Mains: • Korean Veg Pizza – bold flavors with a Korean twist. • Ricotta Spinach Ravioli – creamy, well-balanced, and comforting. • Sridevi Chicken Topping Pizza – playful name, but seriously good! Desserts: • Saffron Tres Leches – light, floral, and beautifully plated. • Belgian Chocolate – rich, indulgent, and the perfect sweet ending. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff took time to explain dishes and give pairing suggestions, which added to the experience. Overall, Brau Galie is more than just a brewery – it's a space that celebrates craft, creativity, and community. Located at 4th B Cross, 5th Block, Koramangala. Read moreI had heard about the glass brewery at Brau Galie, apart from lovely beers and food so some of us decided to visit. We requested for beer samplers. They had six beers on tap - hefeweizen, witbier, dunkel lager, helles, seasonal mango ale, and an IPA. Dunkel: This had malty sweetness, toasty, nutty, mild caramel, medium body, perfect carbonation, and restrained bitterness - it’s a delicious beer! 😋 Seasonal mango ale: Not sure why this is not called a Mango NEIPA, because it seems to be exactly that. It’s hazy, with upfront mango notes, mild bitterness from the hops toward the end of the sip, it’s a juicy hop bomb! 😍 IPA: This seemed to be quite not the type in the sampler. Took a full pint to actually experience the hoppiness. Dank aroma, intensely hoppy with notes of citrus, pine, and quite potent too! Loved this IPA! ❤️🍻 Helles: Clean, malty sweetness, mild spicy notes. What a refreshing beer ! 🍻 Also, got to see the glass brewery at the ground floors. Pretty fancy stuff. The food was also fantastic! We ordered for Avocado cornets, crunchy haleem tarts, jamaican chicken, crispy konjee vegetable, bheja wonton, tuna avocado donburi salad, and some curly chips. Highlight was the haleem tarts. Absolutely fabulous stuff! The music wasn’t too loud, which is what we prefer, so it’s easy to have a conversation. The service is also very good. Mathew was our go to guy, very helpful and ensured we got our food and beer orders on time! Overall a great place to grab a few beers or a meal with friends and family. You guys are doing a fab job!...
