I recently visited the Sugar Factory Reloaded pub and unfortunately, it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I encountered nothing but a string of problems that made me regret my decision to visit this establishment.

First and foremost, the service at Sugar Factory Reloaded was abysmal. Despite the fact that there were only 10 to 15 customers present, it took an agonizingly long 45 minutes to receive our food order. This unacceptable delay occurred even at 6:00 pm when the pub should have been better prepared for the evening rush. The staff displayed a complete disregard for their customers, and their lackadaisical attitude towards providing prompt service was evident.

Furthermore, the pub's discriminatory practices were inexcusable. While I struggled to secure a table, witnessing other customers being allowed to use reserved tables left a bitter taste in my mouth. It is disheartening to see such favoritism and unequal treatment within an establishment that should prioritize fairness and hospitality for all patrons.

To make matters worse, when it came time to pay the bill, I politely requested the removal of the service charge due to the exceptionally poor service we had received. However, the staff not only refused to accommodate my request but also engaged in a senseless argument. Their unprofessional behavior only added to the overall negative experience.

One of my friends, who was in possession of the voucher, had to use the restroom. In his absence, my other friend, who was slightly intoxicated, approached the waiter to request the bill. Without realizing the situation, he made the payment.

When I returned from the washroom, I immediately realized the mistake and approached the waiter, kindly asking for a refund. To my surprise, he stubbornly refused and insisted on speaking to the manager. We reluctantly complied and met with the manager, hoping for a resolution. However, we were met with utter disappointment as the manager declared that a refund was not possible and blamed us for the error.
